Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has quickly grown to become one of the largest Emergency Road Service companies in the U.S. As a leading provider of onsite mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide, Kooner FMS offers mobile onsite fleet service for light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

Compensation Package:

What the Director of Human Resourcesrole looks like:

·     Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to drive organizational success and growth.

·     Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with the Director of Recruiting to develop and improve the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop robust talent management and succession planning programs.

·     Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, conflict resolution, and by promoting open communication channels.

·     Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues.

·     Learning and Development: Create and manage comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

·     Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

·     Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage risk by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.

·     Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace, promoting a culture of respect and equal opportunity.

·     HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.

·     Employee Engagement: Lead efforts to maintain and improve employee morale and job satisfaction through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.

·     Organizational Development: Support organizational change initiatives through strategic HR planning and execution, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.

·     Leadership Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities for managers and leaders to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

·     Budget Management: Oversee the HR department budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources and alignment with organizational goals.

What our ideal candidate looks like:

·     Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources.

·     Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent; Master’s Degree or SHRM certification a plus.

·     In depth knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws in multiple states. 

·     Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. 

·     Experience in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. 

·     Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to confidentiality. 

·     Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

·     Experience with development of compensation and benefit strategies across a multi-state organization.

·     Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Zoom, and have experience with HRIS and ATS systems. 

·     Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment.

·     High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Environment:

·     Standard office setting.

·     Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.

·     Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
