The Global Sales Tools team works with partner and customer-facing teams across Google to enable them with the tools and insights needed to most effectively and efficiently deliver "only Google" solutions that meet partner and customer business objectives. To deliver these solutions, we go deep to understand and optimize current business processes and then develop and deploy exceptional solutions to enable Google's front line teams.

Within Global Partnerships (GP), collaboration across Google is critical to bringing the best of Google to our partners and customers. The GP teams need to be able to track and manage relationships within product areas (e.g., Android, Play, Pay, Auto) while also collaborating with teams in other product areas and sales teams (e.g., Ads, Cloud). The Global Partnerships Tools team will work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Operations and Product teams to build and deliver a strategy to create a One Google partnerships infrastructure.

As the Director/Head of Global Partnerships Tools (GPT), you'll lead the team working with Global Partnerships teams, Operations and Product to define and deliver the tools to enable Google's Partnerships teams to most effectively engage and manage partner relationships and collaborate seamlessly across Google partner-facing teams. The team will be central to defining the lasting strategy for the infrastructure required to enable a 360 view of Google's relationships with partners while ensuring the right information is available only to the right individuals at the right time. In this role, you will contribute excellent strategic thinking and operational rigor and the ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders in Global Partnerships (GP).

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience leading teams in Partnerships or Sales teams in technology.

  • Experience in building relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with sales and partnerships workflows and processes. Experience working in Partnerships or Sales roles.

  • Experience in business development or consulting.

  • Experience managing or implementing enterprise sales enablement technologies.

  • Experience defining and implementing master data management strategies.

  • Interest in improving internal tools and processes.

  • Ability to influence senior executives. Excellent negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with sales and partnerships workflows and processes. Experience working in Partnerships or Sales roles.

  • Experience in business development or consulting.

  • Experience managing or implementing enterprise sales enablement technologies.

  • Experience defining and implementing master data management strategies.

  • Interest in improving internal tools and processes.

  • Ability to influence senior executives. Excellent negotiation and written and verbal communication skills.

As a Global Product Lead (GPL) for Data Platform, you will work directly with Product Management and Engineering team to design, develop, and launch improvements that are the foundation of our Customer Relationship Management System. You will represent the Ads and Publisher/Platforms Sales Organizations, translating their needs into requirements for PM and Engineering. Partnering closely with PM and the Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, you will be responsible for influencing the product roadmap and driving global adoption for our program. Preferred qualifications: * Experience working with datasets to identify outliers, synthesize and summarize key findings which lead to feature enhancements needed to address underlying issues. * Experience in gathering/documenting requirements and recommending strategies for tool development. * Demonstrated ability to be concise, communicate clearly and present to executives. * Moderate quantitative data analysis of large volumes of data. * Bridge user needs with engineering designs. * Synthesize user feedback through testing sessions, build business cases and prioritize requirements for Internal Systems and processes. * Uncover insights and gaps in current tools through analyzing data and translating findings into business asks shared with our product teams. * Generate and triage new tool ideas by partnering with cross functional stakeholders.
