Essential Functions:
Direct supervision of assigned staff including hiring, supervision and development, including the development of leadership and supervisory skills necessary to ensure agency success. Demonstrates and models positive leadership and presents the agency in the most positive light with all internal and external
Assures fiscal accountability of all assigned programs and services. This responsibility includes assisting in the development of realistic budgets, assisting the Finance Department in assuring that assigned services are adequately documented and that billing requirements are met, working pro-actively to assure budget compliance, and taking immediate action to resolve fiscal problems should they occur. Exhibits and demands care and competence in managing agency resources.
Identifies, develops and implements program growth strategies and enhances current programming in order to move towards and secure recognition as a premiere provider of services. Responsibilities include development of funding strategies/resources, responding to RFP's and other opportunities, collaborations with other partnership agencies and networking to develop and maintain positive relationships in the community as well as to promote the agency to external sources.
Ensures the integrity of program and service delivery, compliance and evaluation. Ensures compliance with internal standards and goals, all contract/grant specifications, and all applicable licensing, regulatory and accreditation
Assumes a leadership role in the interpretation and support of agency policies (including HR, PR and Communications), implementation of industry best practice standards throughout assigned programs, and in the development/implementation of program outcome measures to ensure quality service implementation and fiscal success.
Advocate for programs for children in placement through involvement with local, state and national
On call by cell phone during non-work hours for clinical consultation and crisis
Oversees Performance and Quality Improvement related to service provision, compliance, and foster parent and client
Assures the quality and timeliness of Home Studies and Annual

Represents the agency with referral sources & other individuals/organizations.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Service or Counseling field with a LISW or PCCC license
Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and clinical supervisory capacity
Multi-site management experience
Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid
Ability to take and pass a physical exam, tuberculosis test, and drug
