We invite you to explore a career with us and join in the fun Who you are… You are an experienced operational and strategic food and beverage leader You have successfully managed all aspects of multiple outlets, and banquet and catering operations You have proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop all team members You have a passion for service excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, continually changing environment You are strategic and analytical and have experience in budget development and fiscal management You have partnered with a culinary team to drive innovative concepts, menus and experiences You have the ability to successfully lead and support a food and beverage team to meet expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment You display exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with club members, guests, team members and vendors You are energetic, positive, inspiring and adventurous and you love to have FUN while you’re at work What you’ll do… You will be responsible for providing continuous strategic leadership and vision for total Food & Beverage operations You will lead all Food & Beverage operations, including oversite of menu development, inventory control, purchasing, safety and compliance You will support all teams and lead them to consistently meet or exceed the standards of service and product quality Responsible for Food & Beverage financials, you will implement and manage cost controls and develop strategies to increase the department’s financial performance You will partner closely with the sales and events team to ensure the success of banquet and catering operations You will oversee the recruitment, training , development and career progression of all Food & Beverage team members and manage retention efforts You will represent Tetherow Resort in a professional and exemplary, brand-centric manner, leading an engaged and motivated team to offer a phenomenal experience to our members and guests Effectively partnering with all functional leaders and their teams, you will ensure strong communication and relationships across the resort, and will serve as a member of the executive committee and department head leadership team Extra Perks Management bonus eligibility Medical, dental and vision insurance voluntary benefit offerings 401(k) plan with Company match Paid time off Golf privileges Resort discounts Work in one of the most beautiful settings in Central Oregon What are you waiting for?
