Go Outdoors , a premier platform in the outdoor recreation industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of F&B to join our team at Camp Margaritaville in Pigeon Forge. As we expand our portfolio, which includes marinas, unique lodging concepts, luxury RV resorts, and entertainment hubs across the United States, we are committed to delivering outstanding experiences that enhance our guests’ adventures.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned F&B professional with a passion for hospitality, exceptional operational insight, and a drive to innovate within a rapidly growing company. Ideal candidates will bring a depth of expertise in the food and beverage space, as well as a readiness to shape memorable dining experiences in diverse and scenic settings, contributing to our commitment to quality and growth in the outdoor hospitality industry. What you’ll be doing Planning and Directing:

Oversee daily operations and ensure goals for guest satisfaction and quality are met. Menu Creation & Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement creative, seasonally inspired menus that align with brand standards and enhance guest experiences.

Managing Budgets: Create and adhere to budgets for inventory, labor, and vendors; identify cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality. Training and Hiring:

Recruit, hire, and train a diverse team, including bartenders, waitstaff, and culinary staff, maintaining a culture of service excellence. Monitoring Inventory: Minimize food waste and optimize ordering processes to maintain inventory efficiency.

Ensuring Safety: Enforce food safety standards and monitor food handling procedures to protect guest and employee health. Developing Policies:

Implement and refine F&B policies to align with safety, sanitation, and company standards. Analyzing Financial Statements: Develop budgets, analyze P&L, and report on the department’s financial performance to support overall business goals.

Monitoring Performance: Evaluate vendor and supplier performance and customer feedback, ensuring high standards of service. Negotiating Contracts:

Negotiate terms with vendors and secure quality products at competitive prices. Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring all F&B operations meet required standards.

What you’ll bring along Minimum of 5 years of progressive F&B experience, with expertise in front and back-of-house operations. Proven success in managing food and labor costs, with experience in inventory control and waste reduction. Experience in a resort or high-volume F&B environment.

A commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences, with a guest-focused mindset and attention to detail. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and develop effective teams.
