  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the financial systems process.

  • Drive ongoing process and content improvements to increase overall quality and efficiency of financial operations through system revisions.

  • Participate, as needed, in strategic planning sessions and help analyze relevant strategic initiatives.

  • Facilitate ad hoc and pro forma / "what if "analyses in support of Finance and Operations using data that is pulled from the various financial systems

  • Assist in on-going needs supporting the financial structure of the organization as it relates to financial systems.

  • Assist in the review of profitability of potential future financial systems.

  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or seasonal program changes.

  • In times of need, employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.

Performance/Physical Requirements:

  • Experience in developing financials and operational metrics.

  • Self starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere.

  • Excellent computer skills are essential, including MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Microsoft GP software and Tableau experience is desirable.

  • M&A experience is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in developing sophisticated excel models.

  • "Data-warehousing" experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to accept responsibility for projects/processes and ability to work with limited direct supervision.

  • Must be able to work as needed to support departmental goals and external deadlines.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

  • Conducts himself/herself with the highest ethical and moral standards.

  • Ability to communicate, interact frequently with, and support Senior Management within various departments.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Business Administration or Economics with accounting related courses preferred.
  • MBA degree or CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial analysis and business planning.At OhioGuidestone we care about the health and safety of our employees. Position Overview The Project Manager manages the execution, coordination and completion of IT related projects for our clients. The Project Manager is the central point of contact and repository for all project-related information which is communicated via project team updates, resource meetings, project testing and project reporting. Responsibilities The Project Manager (PM) manages project scope, manages risks, coordinates resolution to issues, manages meetings and drives projects through to completion.
