The Director of Financial Analysis directs and leads the Company's long-term financial model process, acquisitions and divestitures analysis and provides value-added analysis to senior and operational leadership. Provides strong leadership skills to a team and communicates on a timely basis with all.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads the design, analysis and communication of the Company's long-range financial model and shareholder reporting information.
a. Updates as required by senior management or strategic partners.
Manages and/or prepares financial analysis to determine economic feasibility and investment returns for acquisitions and divestures.
Partners with data analytics to manage weekly and monthly flash forecasting; data analytics, builds reports, and Director of Finance addresses user questions.
Partners with Treasury to update financial models used in cash flow forecasting.
Provides financial analysis support to senior leadership regarding capital investments and business strategy.
Provides financial analysis and information as requested by lenders, lease partners, or parent company.
Leads an environment of continuous improvement to allow a deeper level of analysis and support.
Prepares formal presentation slides with summaries of financial and forecasted results to senior leadership as well as the board of directors.
Provides leadership and direction to direct report(s). Responsible for managing employees, including skill and career development, policy administration, and coaching on performance growth.
Practices financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expenses incurred by the Company.
Meets Expectations of Excellence for position.
Supports campuses, departmental goals, and the overall objectives of the Company.
Complies with all laws, regulations and standards of ethical conduct.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent from an accredited college or university. CPA Certification and/or MBA preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop effective financial analysis.
Strong technical skill and ability to conceptually follow process flows.
Ten (10) or more years of progressive leadership experience preferably within a Healthcare, senior living, or long-term care environment.
Experience with financial planning models and forecasting in an organization of comparable or larger size.
