Director Of Field & Partner Marketing, Americas

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

ZeroFox seeks a highly skilled and strategic Director of Field & Partner Marketing to lead marketing initiatives across the Americas region. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in both field and partner marketing, adept at developing and executing innovative strategies to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth. Role and responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CMO and the global marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive field and partner marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Field Marketing: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement within the Americas region. Localize and execute field and sales enablement portions of global integrated marketing campaigns.

• Partner Marketing: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners, to develop co-marketing programs and drive joint marketing initiatives.

• Channel Enablement: Work closely with sales and partner teams to provide marketing support, enablement resources, and training programs to ensure partners are equipped to effectively market ZeroFox solutions.

• Demand Generation: Develop and execute ABM campaigns, leveraging various channels and tactics for outreach to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.

• Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field & partner marketing programs and campaigns, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders to drive continuous optimization and improvement.

• Budget Management: Manage the field and partner marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve desired business outcomes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, product launches, and market trends.

Required qualifications and skills

• Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field and partner marketing, typically obtained in 8-10 years.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and the partner ecosystem or equivalent experience in a comparable SaaS environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with Salesforce, various marketing automation platforms (Marketo is a plus), and other marketing and partner technology stack components.

• This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer

• This position may entail up to 20-25% travel

• This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
