The Director of Field Finance / Operations will develop insights and analysis by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, optimize processes and forecast trends. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy; managing strategic projects through the full cycle of discovery, data sourcing, analysis, visualization and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• As the Finance lead and partner to the Clinics, the position will help drive growth and profitability through full ownership of total P&L as well as clinic level P&L's

• Drive store-level monthly Forecasting, annual Budgeting and periodic long term Strategic Planning, along with scenario and trend analysis

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to support business decision-making processes.

• Analyze data trends and patterns to provide recommendations on business strategies, operational efficiencies, and new opportunities.

• Create, refine and analyze both actual and forecasted Clinic P&Ls, while constantly identifying financial risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with key business partners such as sales leadership, field operations, and medical teams to define, standardize and automate reporting and analysis needs for daily tactical decision making

• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting until a point where it can be automated and introduce analytical programs and dashboard reporting to the function and it's partners

• Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team to explore new data sources, analytical techniques, and tools.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• The right candidate must be exceptional at managing financial information, demonstrate a solid understanding of Retail Finance and Real Estate Finance, possess an entrepreneurial mind set, and display an ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience conducting quantitative & qualitative analysis to solve defined business problems

• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business field and equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years of robust corporate finance / accounting experience, with a focus on operations, sales and marketing
