As a Director of Facilities at Snap Finance, you will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management. This person will deliver quality facility management services and possess a positive and flexible attitude. We are looking for an individual who has experience managing contact center facilities.

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a primary customer interface and expeditiously assists in addressing or supporting requests which may include: meeting support, facilities issues, housekeeping issues, kitchen/pantry management, A/V, meeting/work space needs, office moves, travel management (airfare, check-ins, reservations, etc.) and other office services
  • Provide facilities management and vendor management in the most cost effective and efficient manner
  • Supports resolution of service related issues/conflicts
  • Manage multiple Snap facilities to include emergency planning and situations
  • Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair activities pertaining to the facilities and related equipment.
  • Foster and build positive relationships with team, vendors and leadership in all functions at all levels and communicates effectively and proactively, as needed
  • Add value to customer experience through critical thinking, anticipating needs and offering additional services/support, if appropriate
  • Maintain and enforce standard office security procedures and security badging accessibly including performing any related duties (as assigned)
  • Cross-trains in other department services areas to provide back-up support as needed
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by management team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in facility management as well as project management in a corporate environment
  • Prefer experience maintaining contact centers
  • Professional agility and ability to handle multiple priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency
  • Must be customer service oriented, diplomatic, motivated, and able to work and problem solve resourcefully and independently
  • Professional maturity and ability to interact with all levels of professionals
  • Confident, professional presence, and positive demeanor
  • Excellent quality-conscious customer service skills
  • Ability to use tact and diplomacy in resolving problematic situations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Adaptive to changing environments
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills

  • PC literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Windows OS

Responsible to ensure safe working conditions, minimize downtime of equipment, and to produce high quality consumer products. The position must work with a sense of urgency to ensure the demanding needs of keeping the plant and all of the utilities operational 24/7 as necessary. A fantastic opportunity is available for a Facilities TRM to join our Facilities team. Scope * Plans and coordinates utilities and building maintenance in conjunction with production requirements. * Manages contractors for service and maintenance activities. * Makes informed decisions in lieu of Facility Manager when necessary * Tracks current and expected spending for budget management purpose * Review and management of Work Order system through SAP * Manages projects for continuous improvement activities or planned maintenance shutdowns * Inspects equipment for defects and coordinates repairs to improve efficiency and ensure standards are consistently met. * Supervises, trains, and develops department staff to ensure a consistent service and enhance quality and quantity of employee work. * Evaluates employee performance to determine annual salary increases and administers disciplinary actions when necessary. * Inspects department facilities and reports damage to Facilities Manager and Production Managers when necessary * Coordinates and prioritizes emergency repairs to minimize downtime and / or items that will affect quality and safety. * Analyses and recommends safety improvements to ensure a safe working environment. * Leads daily operation reviews for Facilities team * Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsibilities * Lead and develop continuous improvement of the performance of the team, equipment and process at site. * Ensure team associates have the necessary skills to perform their duties to the required standards. * Communicate with internal customers and support functions to ensure delivery of KPI's. * Define, plan and lead the maintenance tasks making sure the personnel fulfill their duties in respect of defined requirements. * Lead/co-ordination of breakdown and engineering activities for the facilities equipment. * Complete route cause analysis, in line with down time procedure to Identify and implement preventative solutions. * Support successful implementation of planned maintenance and new projects. * Use escalation process for line stoppages or breakdowns in excess of 15 min or two consecutive hours of below target OEE. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in respect of safety, cGMP and quality systems Is this You? Expected * Production line and / or Facility maintenance experience in vitamin, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical environment.
