Director Of Engineering

Piper Companies is currently searching for a Director of Engineering to work onsite in Catonsville, MD for a leading developer and manager of continuing care communities and homes. The Director of Engineering will concentrate on utilizing and refining objective management tools and metrics, with a specific emphasis on MEP, security, and automation systems.

Responsibilities for the Director of Engineering include:

• Establishing and reviewing quality management indicators

• Analyzing competition, implementing improvement strategies, and facilitating information exchange across departments

• Conduct annual M&E Assessments at all locations

• Coordinating with maintenance and grounds teams

Required Qualifications for the Director of Engineering include:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in General Services Operations and Building Systems

• Good business acumen and ability to communicate well

Compensation for the Director of Engineering include:

• $140,000 - $160,000 a year plus bonuses Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience
