Director Of Engineering

PolyCharge America, Inc. seeks a qualified applicant for the position of Director of Engineering for our Tucson area location.  Responsibilities include  Direct and lead the engineering team to process the unique material of PolyCharge NanoLam capacitor technology requiring equipment for current capacitor technologies (film capacitors) to be significantly modified to ensure continued improvement in reliability and throughput using the knowledge of Vacuum Deposition System Design; Capacitor Equipment Design & Manufacture; and Engineering Management. 

Requirements

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical or Computer Engineering and three years of experience in engineering management.
