In this exciting role as an Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop medical devices and manage mechanical and hardware engineering teams. The ideal candidate would be well-versed with cross-functional teams while also participating in hands-on engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and reviewing the work of a team of both hardware and mechanical engineering teams

• Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products

• Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies

Qualifications

• Diverse engineering background

• Well-versed in both electrical and mechanical engineering requirements

• Medical device experience

• Applicable knowledge of FDA regulations (IEC 60601, ISO 13485 and 14971)

• Hands-on leader

• Ability to lead teams while also participating in design/development
