HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As the Director of Employee Assistance Program, you will serve as a vital member of the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) BHC team and works in collaboration with all areas of the healthcare system. Primary responsibilities include overseeing internal and external accounts, seeking opportunities for revenue generation, and providing patient/client care. Represents TMH in community events involving colleague relations with the goal of enhancing business opportunities for service expansion.
The Director of Employee Assistance Program is responsible for:
Provides clinical supervision to therapists in EAP
Developing and ensuring internal integrated quality management (IQM) processes in collaboration with Outpatient Director
Conducting regular multi-disciplinary staff meetings to enhance clinical services
Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with State of Florida regulations
Overseeing and evaluating satisfaction level of employer clients, referring supervisors and managers, employees and their families, and outpatient therapy clients
Evaluating clinical and administrative support staff members' performance with appropriate recognition and remediation
Developing and maintaining on-going EAP service contracts via marketing relationships developed throughout the community and state
Developing marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posters, web page, and other print materials)
Participating in professional associations and maintaining collaborative communication throughout the healthcare system regarding advances in colleague relations
Providing community education regarding wellness topics that represent the role of behavioral health in productivity
Participating in employer/community health fairs/symposiums
Reporting routinely to Outpatient Director regarding community and hospital engagement efforts and internal/external training opportunities
Working with Outpatient Director on strategic planning for the EAP in relation to community and hospital system
Maintaining a case load with new and existing clients
Participating in on-call rotation, responding to crisis calls, and providing necessary debriefings
Providing trainings as requested by Outpatient Director, account holders, and other key stakeholders within the healthcare system
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required: Licensed in the State of Florida as a mental health professional per Florida Statute Chapter 491.
Preferred: Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) credential.
