Multi-tasking Senior Management position involving support of building maintenance, operations and Property Management functions. Supervise electrical work, preventative maintenance and installation of electrical systems. Will be responsible for supervision of these trades in renovation work as assigned by department management. Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be licensed as a Master Electrician in the State of Texas. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs work of others.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Maintains communication with leadership, peers, other Building Services Staff as necessary.
Supervision of all Electricians performing maintenance, installation and renovation work of all buildings owned or leased by Gateway
Annual performance reviews, inspections and maintenance of all Electrical Systems in conjunction with Director of Operations
Coordinating electrical maintenance, installation or renovation work with the cooperation of other departments involved with oversight over space where maintenance, installation, or renovation work will be performed.
Directly involved with safety of Electrical Personnel and anyone near where maintenance, installation and renovation work is being performed. Must have a strong Safety First mindset.
Assist in building database and implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System
Assist in completion and maintenance of approved vender list
Assist in completion and maintenance of master agreements.
Assist in pricing and budgeting of several projects throughout the year.
