Job Summary
An administrative position responsible for the implementation of the District's curriculum, instructional, educational technology, and professional development programs and services. This position requires subject matter expertise in curriculum, instruction, educational technology, professional development, implementation of standards and comprehensive education organization management experience. This position is involved in decisions that have highly critical consequences that impact every classroom in the District as they relate to curriculum and instruction. The position meets regularly with the Superintendent, Cabinet, and policy makers in planning instructional matters, implementing decisions, and keeping the District current in the latest successful strategies related to the curriculum and instructions, and educational technology needs of students.

Required: Master's degree or above from an accredited institution. Advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of five years successful teaching experience in grades K-12. Possession of a valid California administrative credential authorizing service.
