SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain partnerships with leaders of regional and national healthcare organizations, nursing professionals, and stakeholders to generate and increase enrollment for Schreiner University's online RN to BSN program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners based on alignment with Schreiner University's goals, market potential, and strategic fit.

  • Build and maintain robust partnerships with healthcare organizations, nursing professionals, and other stakeholders.

  • Track and achieve Schreiner's set metrics for recruitment and growth of OSBN program.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Work with nursing organizations, the military, and other groups to establish additional opportunities to promote Schreiner's OBSN program.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements.

  • Establish site coordinator and partnership communication plan with partners.

  • Plan and hold information sessions at partner sites to recruit nurses.

  • Participate in events and conferences for recruiting, such as Education Fairs, Transfer Fairs, and organization meetings.

  • Deliver compelling and accurate information on the program to healthcare leadership and nurses.

  • Follow up on nurse leads via phone, email, and text to encourage submission of applications.

  • Assist students at various stages of the university admission process, from initial interest to enrollment, to help them navigate and stay on track.

  • Regularly communicate with Schreiner's RN to BSN Program Director to give feedback from partners and nurses.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree

  • Three years of successful work experience in education, recruiting, sales or a related field.

  • Demonstrated confidence and ability to call on high-level executives and leadership.

  • Extraordinary interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, text, conversations, and presentations.

  • Well-organized, methodical, systematic, and critical thinker who can successfully handle competing priorities and manage projects.

  • Professional, energetic, positive attitude, self-motivated, resourceful, with attention to detail.

  • Experience with and ability to develop and use computer applications and capabilities to produce correspondence, reports, and tools for analysis and review, i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to travel frequently, sometimes overnight, and work weekends and evenings when necessary.

  • Must have a valid Texas driver's license, related insurance, and a good driving record.
