  • Collaborate with Account, Media, and Creative teams on developing and executing digital campaigns that work as part of the larger client initiatives

  • Understand and leverage analytics data to optimize and build stronger campaigns.

  • Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns for key clients to include Paid Search, Display, Retargeting, Email & Marketing Automation, etc.

  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for revising campaign strategy

  • Communicate regularly with clients

  • Strategically advise clients on the best solution to achieve their goals from a series of disciplines such as search, display, social, content and other inbound marketing techniques

  • Lead client discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to devise comprehensive and integrated digital strategies in order to achieve client goals

  • Proactively implement strategic plans, revising as needed to meet changing client needs and requirements

  • Dive deep into client data and create effective stories that help demonstrate value and drive projects forward

  • Prepare regular client reports and provide new and creative recommendations for improvements and best practice solutions

  • Be an online advertising expert so our clients know that you are an expert in the field

  • Stay up to date with changing technology and think constantly about how to best leverage the latest technological developments for our clients

  • Field client questions on analytics and digital marketing

  • Develop detailed strategy documentation including personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, and communications flow diagrams

  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns, and translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations for revising campaign strategy

  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline process so we can produce better work while improving efficiency

  • Manage relationships with all freelancers/outside firms in digital/web development

  • Skilled in speaking with and pitching new business to clients & prospects

Minimum Qualifications for this position:

  • Extensive experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation programs

  • Ability to communicate directly with clients and prospects, both verbally and in writing

  • Experience managing Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and other paid search platforms

  • Experience working with and communicating directly to clients, prospects, and partners

  • Skills:

  • Google Analytics

  • All forms of digital media, including:

  • Google AdWords

  • Facebook Advertising

  • Bing Ads

  • Twitter Ads

  • Programmatic advertising

  • LinkedIn Ads

  • HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot (Automation platforms, etc.)

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Landing Page Development/Optimization

VIEW JOBS 3/12/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-10T00:00 This position is located in Troy, NY Reporting to the Director of Land Surveying; primary responsibility is for the supervision of a field survey staff and execution of various field assignments, the operation of various surveying instruments and equipment and various field assignments. Assignments may include boundary surveys, topographic surveys, GPS surveys, leveling surveys, construction layout and records research. Some overnight travel required.Includes prevailing wages for public works projects. Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for completion of assignments on time and budget * Supervises field staff in the completion of field surveys * Coaches and mentors field staff and makes tactical decision for the completion of assignments * Operates advanced survey technology including GPS, Total Stations, Robotic Total Stations, digital and differential levels and data collections devices * Responsible for data collection, notes and reports * Operates data link/data conversion software for daily field data upload/download * Assures maintenance of equipment and survey vehicle (morning and evening) * Participates in daily project briefing and de-briefing as required by survey manager * Operates digging tools and augers for the completion of soil testing * Operates PC with of Microsoft Office suite of software * Operation of AutoCad Civil 3D software * Internet and County Clerk records research * Trimble Business Center software * Carlson Survey software * Operation of GIS software Job Requirements: * Five to seven years of relevant experience * Maintains a valid driver's license * Completes and maintains health and safety training as may be required by Chazen * Conducts his/herself in accordance with applicable safety training * Conducts and presents his/herself in a professional manner to Chazen staff, clients and public * Completes technical training as may be required by Chazen * Participates in business development opportunities, corporate functions and public events as may be required About Chazen: The Chazen Companies/Chazen Engineering Consultants (Chazen) is an employee-owned, multi-disciplinary consulting firm providing civil engineering, land surveying, planning, environmental and safety consulting, code services, landscape architecture, construction services, transportation planning and traffic engineering to clients in the private and public sectors.
