The Director of Digital Strategies is responsible for the successful planning, analysis, execution and measurement of digital marketing strategy and initiatives, including CRM and digital earned and paid media plans. This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of the organizations business objectives, online strategies, IT development and digital advertising with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations and solutions.
This position handles and oversees IT development projects, internal and external creative agency projects, including research, scope development, assisting with creative briefing, developing strategies and making strategic presentations, project execution and measurement. This individual is responsible for collaborating to develop, manage and execute integrated marketing plans for the organization. This individual must have experience in Multi-channel (i.e.
Social, Mobile, Web) Customer Experience, Digital Strategy, Digital Analytics and Digital Operating Models. This individual will support key organizational strategies and must be comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Degrees: Bachelors Degree
Additional Experience: Digital marketing experience.
Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including IT, Creative, Account Management and Project Management. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, demonstrated ability to use initiative and be a self-starter.
Experience with e-commerce a plus. Web design/development experience is a plus. Experience managing a large team of employees, multiple projects and competing deadlines.
