Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is:

$194,800 - $205,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Director of Digital Product and User Experience to lead and enhance our online retail presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of our digital product offerings and ensuring exceptional user experiences across our eCommerce platforms. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technology, Design, and Operations, to optimize our online customer journey and maximize conversions.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Digital Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• User Experience (UX) Optimization: Continuously enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring seamless navigation, intuitive design, and optimized user flows.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates, reduce friction points, and drive increased engagement and sales.

• Digital Product Development: Lead the end-to-end digital product development process, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap planning, and successful execution.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Technology, Design, and Operations to align digital product initiatives, ensure seamless integration, and drive successful project outcomes.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics, user research, and customer feedback to gain insights and make informed decisions for continuous improvement and optimization of digital products and user experiences.

• Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage external vendors or agencies to support digital product and user experience initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of digital product managers, UX designers, and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role driving digital product strategy and user experience within the eCommerce industry.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and user-centered design principles.

• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, UX research, and A/B testing methodologies.

• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in eCommerce, digital product management, and user experience.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
