How you'll make a difference:
As our Director of Digital Media, you'll own our ability to leverage digital marketing in our never ending quest to better understand and come through for our customers. You'll forge trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to execute a best-in-class digital acquisition & reactivation strategy that scales and remains agile as we grow. As both a quantitative and creative team player, you'll lead the way running incrementality tests, gleaning insights, and applying those learnings to improve our ROAS. You'll also collaborate on innovative digital breakthroughs that increase awareness and performance of Custom Ink's brand via our omni-channel strategy, including geo-targeting as we increase our local presence.
What you'll do:
The effective and scalable strategy behind our digital media marketing efforts are critical to Custom Ink's long term growth and success. In this key role, you'll:
Own our full-funnel prospecting approach and ensure it performs while maintaining a pipeline of new tactics and partners to push scale (Digital at Custom Ink includes display programmatic buying, Facebook, etc.)
Support our varied sales teams (Key Accounts, Territory, Stores, etc.) through lead gen identification
Leverage customer journey insights to capture cross-channel movement and digital's role in our customer lifecycle (retargeting & retention, in particular)
Test, re-test, and test again to deliver the best incrementality possible
Work as part of a creative and driven marketing team and cross functionally to deliver results and have fun doing it

Performance & scalability of our digital programs for both acquisition and retention
Effectiveness of solutions that support our sales teams and their goals

What we're looking for:
As the owner of our digital media channels, we've set our sights high:
Minimum 5 years experience in digital media management with results oriented and high performing organizations
Proven ability to develop integrated campaign strategies that drive online and offline sales
Experience with advanced testing and attribution methodologies
Ability to oversee budgets, forecast sales, and regularly report on channel health to senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross functionally within a complex business model to achieve shared goals
Great mix of left and right brain thinking
Experience managing vendor partners is a must
