Reporting to the Marketing Vice President, the Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading the digital marketing efforts. This includes developing strategic marketing plans, managing and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms, analyzing data to inform decisions, and ensuring content is engaging and SEO-friendly. This role will drive the results of the team, manage the digital marketing budget, stay abreast of the latest digital trends, and collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency.
As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will:
Develop and oversee the implementation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Manage all digital marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare the digital marketing budget.
Create and maintain high levels of customer interaction through specific campaigns.
Oversee social media accounts and manage online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase market segment.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
Lead and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Lead the website operations team to ensure deliverables are met.
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Director.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels.
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Familiarity with web design.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Strong team management and communication skills.
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a relevant field.
