JumpCloud is hiring a Director of Digital to lead our digital, SEO and content strategy. This is a critical leadership role in our organization. We are looking for an experienced leader with strong problem-solving skills as well as business + technology acumen to understand our business and build a set of programs that help us achieve aggressive growth targets. You will provide leadership and vision to the team and work across the marketing team to deliver all aspects of digital marketing.
Use our digital channels to establish JumpCloud as a technology leader and must shortlist vendor for businesses who need to implement or replace a legacy directory to adopt identity, access and device management.
Responsible for the overall vision, strategy, management, and growth of JumpCloud paid and organic digital channels to acquire and engage with prospects and customers, driving against JumpCloud's aggressive growth targets of annual growth each year
Build a global team of internal and agency digital, SEO and content creation experts, and ingrain SEO best practices into websites and marketing processes, at scale; design and implement content strategy to drive traffic and prospect interest.
Analyze buyers' digital journeys for actionable insights and optimization and use data to create high quality and compelling content that grows traffic and converts higher than the site average.
Develop integrated marketing strategies to improve organic channels via partnerships throughout the rest of the business
Responsible for accurate forecasting and budgeting of a the digital, SEO and content marketing program
Ensure content developed supports SEO and engagement targets
8-10 years of proven track record in B2B marketing and experience leading in house and agency teams
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with deep understanding of Google retargeting/remarketing and SEO/SEM campaigns, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, including marketing automation and CRM tools
Highly motivated and results-focused with experience from growth stage tech companies
Ability to set and achieve quarterly demand generation goals to support quarterly lead generation and bookings targets as well as demand for individual marketing events
Big picture thinking as well as rolling up sleeves and getting into tactical work. Should be able to create a demand generation plan and write demand generation copy
Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written
Where you'll be working
We have two offices in Colorado, one in Louisville and one in downtown Denver. Once we reopen offices you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
