Summary of Position Requirements

The Director of Digital Marketing will create the division's digital marketing strategy, to include a focus on trends within the market. In addition, this individual will be responsible to drive and execute digital strategies (SEM, SEO) as well as providing the strategic vision for the purpose of creating new sales opportunities by reaching new customers. This position will work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing as well as the Marketing Manager. #CB


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Devise a strategic digital marketing and digital advertising strategy to drive results that align with the Division's goals and objectives

  • Implement national initiatives and identify local digital trends in partnership with Division's marketing team, Corporate Communications, and Ad Agency

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and relevance of all digital information on all sites including com

  • Leverage unique data sets and social media to analyze and develop digital strategies to support communities' digital marketing campaigns

  • Drive a strategy lending to low cost per traffic, cost per lead, cost per sale, and total digital costs

  • Partner with the Division, Corporate Communications and iCrossing to ensure the Division is utilizing the latest in SEM Strategies

  • Direct ad agency to ensure digital ad compliance and alignment with Regional and Corporate branding as well as legal standards

  • Create and drive a content strategy that drives conversions and lead engagement

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of the performance of digital marketing campaigns, events and digital marketing efforts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Present findings to Division's management team to support business plan development, forecasting and future implementation.

  • Leverage digital marketing analytic tools to recognize the impact of website changes and identify Division digital opportunities to optimize campaign performance

  • Identify software resources to aid in the Division's Digital Marketing Strategy success

  • Improve SEO Rankings through keywords, blog posts, and continually updating all content on through collaboration with the Corporate Digital Data Analyst

  • Present monthly report on competitions digital and social media activities to the Division Leadership team and adjust the Division's digital marketing initiatives

  • Enhance engagement of Division Social Media Sites by analyzing ad performance through Sprinklr (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and Instagram and any new sites deemed effective).

  • Oversee creation of unique video and photo content to be posted on social media sites and by Ad Agency

  • Division's SiteCore ( Content Management System) subject matter expert to advise on editing content and images.


Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent, preferred

  • 5 to 8 years of Digital Marketing Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct or indirect leadership roles preferred

  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Reader program skills are preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations

  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Knowledge of major social media sites and digital trends are preferred

  • Extensive Internet exposure and/or Internet consumer experience required

  • Requires resourcefulness, patience, clarity and strong project management and motivational skills

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

The Digital Marketing Data Analyst is an exciting, entry-level position on our digital team who is accountable for developing, maintaining and managing digital marketing assets for Lumber Liquidators. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Creating new Google Ads accounts within Google Ad Manager * General Google Ads account maintenance and updates * QA of Google Ads accounts * Assisting with competitor analysis * Implement strategies and effectively analyze large data sets * Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text as necessary. * Create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to Lumber Liquidators' website. * Performing other duties as assigned. * Staying ahead of the curve on any Google Ads changes and improvements through training Additional Requirements: * General knowledge of computer science, accounting, mathematics, or statistics. * Ability to use Microsoft Windows Office tool set. * Ability to manage large data sets * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Strong people skills, in-person and over the phone * Excellent computer literacy and typing skills * Analytics background with a creative approach to problem solving. * Ability to independently, quickly, and efficiently identify and solve technical problems * Ability to quickly learn new concepts, industry trends and technologies * Excellent grammar and written skills Works well in a team environment * Independent thinker and self-starter * Able to meet deadlines and work with a schedule * Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned. * Ability to solve problems and apply creative and timely solutions. * Attendance and reliability is extremely important in this position * Customer Focus – Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
