The Role:
The Marketing department at Glorious LLC is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key partner in a rapidly growing company. The position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven leader with an excellent work ethic and the ability to manage a growing team. As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will have a direct impact on the companys eCommerce digital marketing, product launches, and digital marketing strategy. This role will manage a team of 5 - 8 marketing professionals and report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the digital marketing team, overseeing specialist marketing managers including social media, paid advertising, community management, eCommerce, and customer loyalty
  • Coordinate efforts to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels - including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliate marketing, and video marketing
  • Create and manage an ongoing sales and promotional calendar
  • Track, analyze, and report all relevant KPIs & metrics
  • Ensure properly configured technical tracking of relevant conversions, dimensions, and metrics across all digital areas of the business
  • Create visual dashboards for tracking and displaying KPIs across functional teams
  • Participate in weekly company-wide meetings to present progress updat es
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and pitch new ideas to the team


These must be met to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelors or Graduate degree required
  • Experience as a hobbyist PC gamer or a working understanding of the PC peripherals market is required
  • 5+ years experience working with mid to large-sized B2C eCommerce companies
  • Has managed internationally targeted campaigns
  • Has managed a team of 5 or more employees, and experienced with interviewing and hiring
  • Expert managing campaigns via a variety of digital advertising channels: including Facebook/Instagram, Adwords, Reddit, Twitter, SEO, affiliate marketing
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other Web analytics platforms
  • Up-to-date SEO theory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Responsibilities * Drive the digital marketing strategy for all segments of our business * Build the strategy and deliver to annual digital marketing goals including high-quality leads by cluster, organic leads, cost per lead, and more * Experience with high-velocity SaaS trial business and building strategy for trial activation * Drive customer acquisition across a mix of digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, display, paid social, native, sponsored content, programmatic media, RTB and 3rd party publishers, OTT, etc. * Improve digital efficiency by driving down the cost of leads, optimizing the mix of paid and organic, and improving conversion rates across the funnel * Build the strategy to drive scale while maintaining efficiency by launching new channels to augment saturating channels, optimizing the channel mix, targeting high-value audiences, and iterating constantly to find creative ways to stay ahead of the competition * Optimize our inbound funnel scoring, routing, and conversion of leads and pipeline * Own and manage the digital acquisition budget * Lead daily, weekly, quarterly reporting on customer acquisition activities, including building a set of tools and reports for automated reporting * Manage, mentor, and coach a team of global digital marketers Basic Qualifications * 7+ years of digital marketing experience across paid and organic channels * 3+ years of management experience leading customer acquisition teams * Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications * Seasoned approach to scaling and budgets with a history of managing $30M or larger digital marketing budgets * Fundamental understanding of attribution models * Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive audiences * Experience generating high quality leads for the sales team at low cost through rigorous experimentation and optimization * Fundamental understanding of classic marketing principles and enterprise economics * Strong statistical knowledge and basic understanding of ML/AI models * Ability to automate large scale acquisition campaigns in bulk * Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to be in the details and work with data in a highly efficient way, including working with scripts and spreadsheet tools * Hands-on and deep organic, paid, and display channel expertise #wrikejob What you're looking for: Our technology is built on the idea that everyone should be able to work from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
