Director of Dietary Services - Westmoreland Manor

Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Dietary Services. The purpose of this position is to provide dietary care planning and nutritional assessment for the residents of Westmoreland Manor, and to coordinate and direct the food service operations and clinical functions in the dietary department.

Qualified Applicants must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in food management, dietetics, nutrition or related field

• Safe Food Handling certificate and Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN)

• 3-5 years previous supervisory experience in food service involving standards of food regulations, food codes and standards of safety, preferably food service management in a skilled nursing facility
