The Director of Delivery Operations is responsible for building positive and productive working relationships between Landry's and delivery partners to foster business growth. In addition, this role serves as primary contact for the delivery partners, development of delivery operations, and delivery project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day to day opportunities that may occur with Landry's operations teams and provide direction and guidance as needed
Help to develop new processes or improve existing ones to keep delivery operations as efficient as possible and identify and improve areas in which we are not meeting standards
Create and Implement delivery processes and procedures
Manage the different Landry's concept delivery support teams to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
Act as the liaison between operations and the different delivery partners to drive and prioritize projects
Manage regional relationships with key delivery partners
Perform negotiations for delivery rates with partners
Oversee development of required delivery documents
Manage the end-to-end launch processes between restaurants and our delivery partners.
Assist in communicating/training best practices as it relates to delivery operations
Work closely with the different corporate departments as it relates to delivery services (IT, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Analysis, Legal)
Develop scope and budget for delivery projects, analyze and report on efficiency metrics and profitability
Analyze customer feedback given by the delivery partners to set delivery priorities for Landry's concepts and assist in developing adjustments to meet timely delivery goals
Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of programs, and collaborate with operations to execute those strategies as efficiently as possible
Ensures delivery personnel compliance with Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, driver status (MVR), wage and hour, mileage reimbursement, etc.
