You will determine how our data at BHN is most effectively utilized to drive improvement across our portfolio of services. * Works with the Vice President of Information Systems to plan the resources and skills needed to achieve BHN initiatives and ongoing programs. * Plays a key role in strategizing a plan for data design, validation and maintenance and keeping up to date with trends in the industry to align with industry best practices. * Works with data warehouse teams to:*

Direct and manage project completion from beginning to end in ongoing consultation with business and clinical teams.*

Direct/Collaborate with the team on behavioral healthcare data modeling, and efforts to promote greater integration of data systems across BHN's varied information platforms. * Oversees the planning and execution and monitoring of major enhancements to existing data processes. * Maintains strict adherence to HIPAA standards and data retention requirements. * Takes care of the Team:*
