You will be the mastermind behind retaining subscribers for a leading and rapidly growing CBD company in Downtown San Diego. This team is small, so this will provide you with the ability to make a major impact on the trajectory and growth of the organization, with lots of autonomy. This industry is growing at an insane rate due to the variety of medical benefits behind CBD-infused products. Talk about upward mobility! Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, execution, and management behind marketing content and programs (loyalty, referral, etc)
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, including, but not limited to lead generation, analytics, software engineers, CXO's.
- Utilize the customer dashboard to monitor performance and suggest areas of improvement
- Email and direct mail marketing
- Increase LTV, reduce churn
- And more!
- 5+ years' experience in a marketing/retention role within a recurring revenue model (ideally B2B/DTC/E-commerce) but open to consider SaaS/B2B
- CRM, managing email programs
- Experience A/B testing
- Leadership/Management experience
- Strong Excel and data modeling skills
