Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manage clinical practice variation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures to meet accreditation standards.
• Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
• Direct nursing practice and operations to meet patient needs.
• Lead efforts to enhance the patient experience and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• Location: Round Rock, Texas
• Oversight of ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units.
• Patient ratios of 4:1.
• No pediatric patients.
• Compensation: Up to $173k base salary plus leadership incentive bonus.
• Relocation eligible.
