The Director of Counseling works to provide an integrated, comprehensive counseling center to meet the mental health needs of enrolled students. The position provides oversight and coordination for day-to-day programs and services involving co-curricular outreach, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, psych-social workshop/training, budget development-support and expenditures.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in assessing and counseling young adults and making the appropriate referrals, as needed.
MS degree (Ph.D. or Licensed Clinical Psychologist preferred) in Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field; Licensed Professional Counselor.
