CVS Health is currently looking for a multifaceted leader to join our Finance team! You will assist the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS) in identifying, analyzing and reporting on drivers of cost across the organization to better understand the efficiency and effectiveness of our multi-billion dollar expense base.
You will be highly visible and will work directly with senior leaders of the PSS organization to help us achieve our long-term financial strategy. You will report to the Executive Director of Cost Management.
Lead work to develop a sustainable, repeatable methodology which will help to identify cost drivers, link cost drivers to productivity initiatives and development of reporting to track this detail.
Support the development, tracking and measurement of KPIs/metrics showing the efficiency and effectiveness of the PSS organization.
Provide evaluation and recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments or other activities to enhance the performance of the organization.
Develop financial models which analyze long-term and future performance of PSS cost structure.
Use lessons learned from cost driver identification to support identification and tracking and measurement of savings initiatives across the group, reporting them to corporate areas.
Lead financial analytics and management of other adhoc activities for PSS such as Real Estate, Market Adjustments, Cost per Unit, FTEs, etc.
Lead a team of both internal and external support.
Set strategic direction and manages the team with alignment to broader organizational goals.
Develop process transformation and improvement initiatives.
You will be eligible to Work from Home, but Hartford, CT, Woonsocket, RI, Chicago, IL, or Phoenix, AZ locations preferred as some travel to office may be required.
10 years finance experience or Master's Degree and 7 years finance experience.
3 years management and/or leadership experience.
Process management experience.
Experience overseeing other management teams.
Experience in healthcare, retail and/or pharmacy benefits management.
Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or Hyperion.
Bachelor's degree with focus in Finance or Accounting.
