The Corporate Analytics team supports global initiatives across multiple functional areas working as a combined business and technology team with a team of world-class data developers to focus on the most complex opportunities in front of our organization.

The Director of Corporate Data provides the organization critical insights for the management of the business across multiple administrative and commercial functions globally. The ideal candidate will have experience with KPI Reporting, Benchmarking, Balanced Scorecarding, as well extensive experience as the leader of an organization with ad hoc analytics and strategy-framing responsibilities. This role must be a strong communicator of complex concepts while directing a team responsible for timely and accurate outputs in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • As a member of the corporate data leadership this role will be responsible for collaborating to produce a strategic roadmap for the company's data assets and analytics capabilities.

  • Lead an analytics team with diverse experience and expertise in multiple analytical fields (finance, supply chain, business intelligence, predictive analytics and business modeling).

  • Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Data Center of Excellence (COE) and teams across the company.

  • Provide data-driven insights during large, cross functional initiatives. Develop and present clear, concise summaries of complex topics for executive consumption.

  • Provide internal consulting support and expertise serve as the organizational subject matter expert on techniques for measurement, incremental ROI tracking and initiative benchmarking.

  • Oversee the implementation and application of data governance standards across corporate analytics; serve as a resource for other teams implementing standards in alignment with enterprise guidelines.

  • Foster a culture of discovery, learning and continuous-improvement among analytical team members with diverse experience operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

  • Live the organization's "never settle" mindset through continuous awareness of technological advancements; serve as an advocate and change-leader as new tools emerge to drive improved business outcomes.


Senior Leadership. Oversees multiple teams.



  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study (Math, Economics, Sciences)
  • Minimum 10 years of analytics experience, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • MBA or master's degree in a quantitative field preferred.

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead a talented analytics team in a dynamic, fast-paced culture

  • Fluency with database technologies (SQL, MySQL and Redshift preferred)

  • Experience with modern analytics and data visualization tools (Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau preferred)

  • Expertise with Excel for financial or business scenario modeling

  • Team player with experience working with engineering, business and senior leadership partners

  • Solid communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and project management skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Self-directed operating with passion, urgency, focus and discipline.

You'll collaborate with Big Data environments within our security team, aiding in their design and configuration, to analyze and present findings within them. You'll serve as a security engineer and will work independently with internal clients and management on information security issues and strategies, manage new and existing requirements and fully document processes and solutions. We need someone with a deep understanding of security constructs in addition to a wide array of technologies. You'll work with several products and technologies, including not limited to: Splunk, ELK stack (Elastic, Kibana, Logstash, Beats), MongoDB/NoSQL, OLAP cubes, SQL(MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle), DLP, Tanium, among others. In addition, you'll design and develop portals, processes and procedures will be required for incident response and security reporting. You'll need experience in Regex/Scripting/programming/RDBMS knowledge (shell, batch, Java, perl, python, php, Oracle, MSSQL, others) to be successful in this role. Additionally, expert knowledge of Unix/Linux (RHEL/Oracle preferred) and/or Windows OSes, including infrastructure Engineering and Support is needed. We need someone who can: Design, develop, and manage large scale data systems and ingestion capabilities Monitor, maintain and refresh production machine learning models Identify data sources both internally and externally that can be used to improve insight into activity, implement data exploration technologies accordingly Analyze data to enable a better understanding of each data source Build presentation dashboards and implement analytical tools to improve action of the discoveries We need someone who has: Fundamental knowledge of firewalls, networking, operating systems, databases, and storage, both at a functional level to understand data that is in scope Experience with Big Data frameworks, querying tools and analytics tools in a large scale implementation in an Enterprise environment Regex/Scripting/programming/RDBMS knowledge (shell, batch, perl, python, php, Oracle, MSSQL, others) Data modeling and schema design Stellar verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting information to groups Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and skills, including independent decision-making abilities. Ability to manage time and priorities with multiple tasks and projects. Ability to work with loosely defined requirements. Self-starter mentality and the ability to think in an unexpected way.
