Position Overview:

FOX, a rapidly growing company in Gainesville, GA (30504) has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Continuous Improvement.

The Director of Continuous Improvement is focused on programs to prevent or eliminate waste and defects and to enhance new or existing products or services, focusing on transactional and operational excellence and scope of work with the responsibility for building and improving a culture through capability in Asset Management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manages the company assets in a Production Environment.

  • Manages Capex for the manufacturing team.

  • Manages line balancing and labor efficiencies.

  • Drives continuous improvement by creating and overseeing improvement roadmaps.

  • Create key measurable objectives for the manufacturing process.

  • Responsible for cycle times, process improvements, KPIs

  • Leads the development and implementation of asset management strategies

  • Creates asset management policies, systems and practices to achieve optimal return on investment and effective deployment of property and equipment.

  • Oversees business planning process to ensure alignment on asset strategy, expectations and timelines.

  • Responsible for creation of budgets and long-term forecasts.

  • Continually refine and enhance the tools, processes and procedures related within the Asset Management group.

  • Involved in industry organizations and engaged with most recent asset management capabilities and technical tools.

  • Uses Value Stream Mapping capabilities to determine inefficiencies in the process flow

  • Manages Kaizen Events and small group activities.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Strong process improvement focus with proven results

  • Self-motivated

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to articulate financial implications of decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

  • 5-7 years with progressive leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment required.

  • 2+ years in asset management role.

  • Experience managing Kaizen Events and small group activities

  • Experience managing Capex for manufacturing

  • Experience managing line balancing and labor efficiencies.

  • Experience managing company assets in a production environment.

  • Value Stream Mapping capabilities to determine inefficiencies in the process flow

Position Overview: The Senior Director Human Resources Shared Services & Corporate HRBP will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, ongoing management, improvement and strategic direction of Shared Services organization. This position will directly lead all functional aspects of Shared Services to include Workforce Planning and Staffing, Total Rewards, Payroll, Learning & Development and H.R. Administrative functions. The Vice President of Shared Services works closely with Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology leaders. This leader will be responsible for defining, building and leading the execution of the shared services function, and managing relationships with external vendors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and instituting a set of appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which will serve as the foundation for the activities of the group and act as a key measurement of success of the group. These metrics will align with, and serve to further, the business goals of the organization. An important aspect of the successful candidate's responsibilities will be to communicate the vision and goals of the shared service function within the organization in a highly collaborative and positive manner and drive execution. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Provide vision, strategic leadership, planning, and guidance for the development, implementation and management of an effective Shared Services organization. * Lead the service delivery team to create, build, and implement effective, efficient, and consistent operational processes, leveraging technology improvements and ensuring optimal utilization of all resources. * Provide strategic direction for the development of all aspects of Shared Services budget, financial planning, operational planning, and workforce planning. * Create financial forecast, plan, and budget, in partnership with HR, Finance, and IT leadership. * Accountable for the overall operations scorecard, including service level agreements (SLA), metrics, resource and financial management. * Define and communicate to business leadership internally set service quality standards and metrics that are consistent with external benchmarks of high performing organizations; ensure that all aspects of Shared Services work consistently and achieves performance standards. * Foster and maintain positive relationships with customer base, serve as an interface between internal and external (business) customers to ensure effective delivery of services. * Responsible for negotiating multi-year agreements focused on increasing service levels while driving down costs. * Provide vision of a comprehensive technology strategy. * Ensure the function complies with all federal, state, and regulatory laws. * Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contract terms in conjunction with the Legal and Supply Chain function. * Provide leadership surrounding integration activities associated any acquisitions or divestitures. * Provide consistency and framework for employee on boarding and orientation.
