If you are an Operations Executive with construction experience, please read on. Based in the south with offices around the country, we are the premier restoration, renovation, and roofing provider in the US. We are in need of a Regional Director of Operations to run our SouthEast region.

This position will require you to plan, direct, and coordinate the work and staff for our Southeast Region. The Operations Director is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and
strategies.
What You Will Be Doing

Planning, scheduling, organizing, assigning, and directing all activities, either directly or through assigned personnel.
Setting and monitoring goals for the overall team and tracks the financial performance of each project monitoring
key metrics such as costs versus estimate, schedule versus plan, resource allocation and resource productivity,
billing and collections, cash flow and profitability.
You will help in fostering and promoting a collaborative and mutually beneficial and supportive relationships between
Operations, Business Development, and other company business units.
Analyzing financial, contract management, and other documents and reports to anticipate potential issues,
problems and proactively develops solutions to address the same. Ensures the companys legal obligations are
met
Supporting the creation of estimates or negotiates additional work for the customer in conjunction with the Sales
department. Coordinates and presents change orders to customers in conjunction with Sales where appropriate
What You Need for this Position

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field required
5+ years commercial construction, general contracting and/or restoration experience required
5+ years of project management or construction operation management experience.
Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project
management process
Extensive large loss and catastrophe experience
Experience utilizing Xactimate software preferred

Major Responsibilities: * Supervise arrangements for team travel including transportation, hotel, meals, etc. * Develop budget and monitor expenses associated with assigned sport operations. * Oversee practice, pre-game and sidelines support operations. * Develop schedules covering practices, travel and other events related to team participation. * Support recruiting efforts through coordination of recruiting travel, campus visits, etc. * Provide sport promotional support through such activities as clinic/camp organization and community service. Coordinate logistics and operations for summer camps and clinics. * Plan and organize activities of assigned sport operations staff.
