Title: Director of Construction (Port Saint Lucie, FL)

DO YOU WANT

• To spearhead the expansion of the Port Saint Lucie division?
• To share in the success with profit-sharing up to 10% of division profit?
• To manage growing a remote division from Palm Beach to Indian River County?
• To assume all facets of construction projects within the division, including site supervisor’s, sales manager’s and estimator’s responsibilities?
• To oversee recruitment to expand the division?

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience as a Director of Construction for a General Contracting firm
• The capacity to handle the responsibilities that are normally distributed to site supervisors, sales managers, and estimators
• Bachelor of Science in Construction or engineering from an accredited university

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Leading comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborating with executives to formulate and execute strategic business expansion plans for designated regions.
• Leveraging industry expertise to generate accurate and competitive cost estimates, considering material, labor, and market dynamics.
• Providing hands-on site oversight, guaranteeing adherence to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote team culture, driving professional growth and skill development.
• Developing and managing project budgets responsibly, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and savings.
• Regularly communicating project status, financial updates, and divisional achievements to executives, enabling informed decision-making.
• Implementing transparent reporting practices for clear visibility into project progress.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary: Up to $160,000
• Profit-sharing up to 10% of division profits
• Car allowance +  gas card
