Summary: As the Director of Construction, you will lead the construction operations ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality swimming pool and paver projects while upholding safety standards and client satisfaction Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to the construction department, overseeing Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.

Project Oversight and Coordination: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple construction projects from start to completion. Client Relations and Communication:

Coordinate with Customer Experience Manager to ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process. Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraint
