The position requires developing and implementing community impact strategies, identifying gaps and barriers in service and working collectively with staff and volunteers to achieve long-lasting, meaningful community change in Palm Beach County. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, five (5) years of leadership experience in the field of human service planning and experience working in a team environment, facilitating groups, developing collaboratives and working with volunteers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
