Here's a glimpse of what you'll do:
Advance successful recruitment and outreach initiatives
Develop/maintain relationships with Texas A&M admissions & outreach partners.
Analyze and provide executive summaries & reports on the efficacy of recruiting initiatives.
Collaborate with a variety of audiences to develop a Comprehensive Communication Plan.
Provide unifying leadership in oversight of all personnel engaged in performing the functions of the recruitment office.
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.
Qualifications
A well-qualified candidate will have Degree(s) in Fine Arts or related field. Extensive experience with recruiting undergraduate & graduate students to programs in the Arts and experience with developing outreach programs.
