Director of Client Services

Job Description

As the Director of Client Services, you provide strategic oversight to Go Local's Client Services team within the Client Success Department. You leverage industry knowledge and Go Local Interactive's product solutions to cultivate relationships with C-Level leaders and business counterparts. A critical success factor is to ensure a client's satisfaction with Go Local and its offerings. You are held accountable to client growth and retention goals. You are passionate about leading and building effective teams, providing value to both clients and team members alike.

Job Expectations

  • Accountable for the success and growth of Go Local's clients and its supporting Service team members

  • Responsible for management, mentorship, training, development, and team building of the Client Service management team

  • Provide on-going strategic oversight to the agency's top tiered accounts through regular monthly performance analysis oversight

  • Primary support for account escalations for turbulent clients

  • Help cultivate and grow relationships, leveraging industry knowledge, that include C-Level leaders and business counterparts

  • Assist the New Business Development team during final phase of sales journey by effectively communicating Go Local's overall values and strategic imperatives, product offerings and services, and how they provide total client value

  • Effectively teams with Go Local's leadership and management teams to bring the right resources and programs to our clients

  • Monitor short-term and long-term optimizations and development of product performance and client opportunity

  • Lead quarterly team strategic selling workshops

  • Proven performance in managing, leading and building effective teams

  • Demonstrable success in leading and managing significant account growth and retention for clients

  • Must demonstrate passion for developing, growing, and sustaining revenue relationships with clients

  • Must demonstrate exemplary written and verbal communication skills

  • Must demonstrate excellent presentation skills and presentation development skills

  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and face paced environment to effectively meet deadlines

  • Must demonstrate strategic and creative thinking when solving problems

  • Must demonstrate a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Paid Media, Web Design+ Development, and Lead Generation

  • Demonstrated proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field

  • 5+ years of large account management, including Fortune 500

  • 5+ years of employee management experience

  • Digital Marketing, Advertising, or media industry experience preferred

Travel

  • Up to 50%
