Responsible for all key client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the SVP of Client Services of any problems that may arise.
Works closely with Business Development & Products for upsell opportunities and new implementations.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Business Development teams.
Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to senior HealthHelp leadership or others as necessary to complete clients' request.
Provides regular communication between the client and team using the tiered approach, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Reports to the VP of Client Services, providing frequent input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

10 to 15+ years of experience, with 5+ in a strategic account leadership role (or similar) within a similarlysized or larger organization that provides Payorfocused services, BCBS plan experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in the healthcare services industry, particularly within HIPAAcompliant environments focused on outsourced business processes, utilization management, cost solutions, revenue capture, revenue cycle, claims management and cost containment.
Experience leading, growing and motivating highperforming teams and sustaining strong organizational cultures in a fastpaced environment.
