  • Responsible for all key client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

  • Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the SVP of Client Services of any problems that may arise.

  • Works closely with Business Development & Products for upsell opportunities and new implementations.

  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met.

  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Business Development teams.

  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to senior HealthHelp leadership or others as necessary to complete clients' request.

  • Provides regular communication between the client and team using the tiered approach, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.

  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.

  • Reports to the VP of Client Services, providing frequent input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.

Required Skills


  • A demonstrated ability in managing, motivating and developing a culture that fosters continuous process improvement, as well as professional and personal growth.

  • A highly passionate and entrepreneurial spirit a "make it happen" approach and attitude.

  • 10 to 15+ years of experience, with 5+ in a strategic account leadership role (or similar) within a similarlysized or larger organization that provides Payorfocused services, BCBS plan experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience in the healthcare services industry, particularly within HIPAAcompliant environments focused on outsourced business processes, utilization management, cost solutions, revenue capture, revenue cycle, claims management and cost containment.

  • Experience leading, growing and motivating highperforming teams and sustaining strong organizational cultures in a fastpaced environment.
