Voya Financial is excited to share this new opportunity. The Director of Claims Strategy is not responsible for day-to-day operations, productions, or payment of claims. In this role they will serve as the key decision maker in the roadmap of Voya's claims. The incumbent for this role has the opportunity to expand their responsibilities beyond claims strategy in the future. This opportunity can work remotely from any location, however, this role is not eligible to be performed remotely from Alaska, Colorado or Mississippi..
Roadmap development and tactical execution of key technology and user experience programs
Governance of claims success for multi-million dollar block of Supplemental Health benefits
Identification of new opportunities and partnership to drive innovation
Ensuring strategic alignment across key stakeholders and promote and collaborative working environment
Capturing and reporting on key business metrics to support product decisions
Maintaining processing and procedure guidelines
Managing relationships with key strategic partners
Ensuring Client satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, and resolving Client issues
Providing business process Subject Matter Expert
Performance management and escalation of inaccuracies and client concerns
Understanding of technology trends and how they affect the roadmap
Communication and training business partners on new and existing changes to processes and procedures
Knowledge & Experience:
Own strategy and multi-year road map for continuous development of industry-leading claim model and capabilities.
Partner with Distribution, Claims and Operations, Product, Pricing, Digital and IT teams in developing and executing strategic plan.
Spans across all Voya Health Solutions product and offerings, integrate Wealth Solutions where appropriate
Strong understanding of medical/health data opportunity to drive MCI strategy.
Experience in working in CX environment (Qualtrics) and build out claims KPI dashboard
Ensure strategy manages to expenses to maintain profitability within the capabilities being driven
