As the Head of Channel Sales you will have the incredible opportunity to build and grow a multi-national Channel strategy and team for one of the most trusted brands in the world, Glassdoor. You will be the one that is responsible for creating, managing, and executing that vision and strategy.
Glassdoor's Channel Sales team partners with recruitment advertising agencies, consumer digital agencies, and RPOs in both the U.S. and Western Europe. The team works to educate, influence and ultimately grow revenue and share of wallet from these partners year on year.
You will be responsible for Channel metrics, new partner recruitment, global Partner management, development of Partner productivity plans and execution, and executing on business planning sessions with designated Glassdoor executives. You will create and execute the strategy of the Channel team and business with direction from the executive team and in partnership with global senior leaders.
The Head of Channel Sales will be responsible for creating incremental revenue opportunities through existing and newly developed partnerships to fully exploit the sales and marketing initiatives and leading the global Channel team and extended team to high-growth.

What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of successful Channel Account Managers, Channel marketer, and programmatic customer success manager.
Providing insight and influence on the overall strategy of the Channels team and execute on the final go-to- market plan.
Overseeing the management of all Channel partner related activities and negotiate all salient business terms and contracts.
Working with internal extended teammates in all aspects of global Channel partner management.
Create, support, track, and measure all sales initiatives with Channel partners and the Channel team.
Design, implement and execute a plan for growing new Channel partner segments develop a go-to-market strategy for success.
Design, implement and execute a plan for each targeted Channel partner and build effective measurements that clearly show revenue milestones are being met and justify ROI for Channel investment for Glassdoor.

What you bring:
10+ years of relevant Sales Channel Management experience across recruitment advertising agencies, consumer digital agencies, and/or RPOs.
$50M+ revenue responsibility and 5+ team management experience
A vision and playbook for winning in the dynamic world of advertising agencies and media
Demonstrable history of negotiating enterprise agreements with senior executives
Expertise in programmatic media / advertising platforms
Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Consistently exceed team targets and have the data to prove it
Thrives in high growth environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
