What will you be doing?
This change the bank role involves transforming strategic ideas into change projects that can be planned, and monitored whilst being mindful of risk, budget, and personal conduct.
Experienced global leader committed to developing a culture of transparency, integrity, and collaboration where all team members are motivated and inspired to deliver the required outcome, taking into account risk and process optimisation factors.
Possess ability to define and articulate the global strategic vision of a programme. Sets a clear agenda where teams and stakeholders understand their contribution to the future success of the organisation and are motivated to travel on the journey.
Expert global programme leader who cultivates a culture of collaboration where involvement and sharing are seen as essential for the achievement of shared objectives and agendas.
Excellent communicator with flexibility to communicate effectively using the right medium across all levels of the global organization and build successful relationships with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and functions.
Act as a catalyst for change and inspire confidence in stakeholders with the quality and conviction of their vision, building support and sponsorship at all levels and ensuring the need for change is embedded across the global organisation.
Ability to drive strategy, execute change, and resolve issues.
Excellent presentation skills, and ability to simplify and condense a large number of complex moving parts into single impact statement.
Possess a high degree of commercial acumen and is focused on shareholder value.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to influence the cross-functional groups/forums, the global matrix and external stakeholders.
Builds trust through credible use of facts and data, and possess ability to creatively resolve problems and issues at pace.
Understands the Business Strategy, and is able to add-value at Business meetings and influence the outcome.
Strong client focus, always puts customer satisfaction first. Track record of maintaining effective customer relations and service program through delivery of SLA's.
Ability to manage Vendor relationships to high standards and drive change across Business areas.

Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills.
