The Consumer and Components Group (CCG) Unit is seeking a Director of Business Development. As the Director of Business Development you will be working to drive new business opportunities for the Consumer Components and SpecTek businesses.

Job Description

  • You will be responsible for defining the business and growth opportunities for the components and downgrade businesses at Micron

  • You will be required to collaborate closely with the various sales organizations and Business units and other Micron business groups as needed.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with the Components and SpecTek organizations to define the business Strategy

  • Identify new opportunities and customers for our products

  • Review and optimize pricing models and sales processes

  • Define parts of the eco-system that we need to win over to be successful

Qualifications

  • You will bring 15+ years of progressive dynamic, leadership experience, preferably working in the Consumer Electronics/Storage industry with a B.S.E.E or similar degree.

  • Experience in component sales in the Semiconductor industry

  • Deep understanding of the Flash and DRAM markets

  • Extensive experience collaborating with customers and leading sales teams
