We are interviewing immediately for a Director of Case Management. This leader is responsible for the operational management of the Case Management Department; including staffing, budgets and plans. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following activities:

Complies with relevant policies including Case Management and Clinical Determination Policies
Implements and revises the Utilization Management Plan and promoting cooperation with utilization review standards by the medical staff
Maintains communication between the case management department and the physician advisor on a regular basis regarding utilization review and or/or quality issues
Maintains communication between the case management department and the physicians as well as other members of the healthcare team
Analysis of reports: LOS, avoidable days, disputes, InterQual and associated metrics
Responsible for implementation and compliance with all policies and regulations relating to the functioning of the case management department g) and all other duties as assigned.

Requires current California Registered Nurse license, Healthcare Provider BLS, BSN Degree
3+ years experience as a Case Manager.

Government The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) reports to the Regional Industry Manager/Executive of our Government segment. As a Government TMO you will focus primarily on generating new business from prospective clients. The team focuses on states, and large cities, counties, school districts and other government entities As a TMO, you will work closely with a group of Government focused bankers to ensure proper alignment of strategies and credit capacity for all Treasury Services products. Primary Responsibilities * Working in partnership with market bankers to develop new profitable business from prospective clients; Developing strategic account plans and executing them * Managing client visitation and contact; Understanding clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to better determine their requirements, identify potential new business opportunities for JP Morgan Treasury Services and provide the appropriate solution(s) * Understanding the competitions' capabilities and gaps, and how to position JP Morgan Treasury Services against them * Promoting sales through frequent client meetings and discussions covering new products, market and industry developments * Managing proposal writing and the entire sales process * Developing and enhancing in-depth client knowledge and sharing it with the client coverage team for both new business development and management of client risk * Providing feedback to product managers and maintain strong working relationships with other JP Morgan lines of business Key Objectives * Engage JP Morgan Treasury Services Sales, Bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client driven framework * Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning * Build template-driven business case quantification for clients in support of JP Morgan solutions * Partner with internal product stakeholders when representing the client perspective in the development/evolution of complex products and solutions * Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on the working capital solutions at client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, articles, etc. * Execute against a clear set of engagement principles that ensures consulting resources are mapped against the largest revenue opportunities within Treasury Services * 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience specifically targeting local and state governments * Bachelor's degree required * Travel is required * Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus * Possesses knowledge and understanding of Treasury Services products, credit process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy * Visibility and understanding of the Government vertical * Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues * Ability to generate ideas, identify and drive the development of new business * Demonstrates excellent/strong selling and negotiation skills * Demonstrates excellent/strong verbal and written communication skills * Possesses strong industry/market expertise * Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and planning skills The final officer title and job grade is at the discretion of the firm and will be discussed at the time of offer.
