Our Director of Business Systems oversee the building and management of Everlane's operational systems. These systems cover the range of business processes across supply chain, inventory management, product data, finance, HR and office IT. Given our rapid growth plan, the role must ensure our system solutions are scalable and suitable at least a year ahead of Everlane's growth.
You will possess meaningful experience with retail and supply chain technology and systems. You will be able to determine build vs. buy decisions and manage both existing legacy systems and new tool creation / system integration. You come with a track-record of managing Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers and Engineers and must be able to collaborate closely across all senior leaders and functions to enable technology effectively.
This hire comes at a critical juncture in Everlane's evolution. Today the company operates in some ways very much like a startup, despite achieving significant size and scale in the market. But as the company continues to grow rapidly, we need to think strategically and differently about all facets of the business. You are expected to bring forward-looking insight to the way technology, data, and digital services can shape that growth.
This role will report directly to the CFO, with a dotted-line to the CTO.

At Everlane, we're rethinking the way retail works. We have no middlemen taking their cut and no brand markups. Instead, we design our own luxury basics and sell them exclusively at a fraction of the traditional retail price. Since launching in November 2011, Everlane has attracted over 1,300,000 members and has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Economist, Elle, and GQ.
