We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Business Programs to drive our Partner Build-with Strategy, and customer and field listening program. As the Director, you will own, drive and innovate the Leading-Edge Delivery team's Partner Strategy collaborating with the Industry Solutions Global Partner team (xPT) and aligning to Global Partner Solutions, Global Sales, Product Teams and Customer Success. .
10+ years of Partner/Channel, Program,Project Management,or related experience
Ability to communicate with customers and partners effectively and professionally.
Direct customer engagement experience
Comfort interacting with senior business executives.
Experience building Sales or Delivery offerings
Solid knowledge of how to design and execute high-touch programs leading to successful partner and customer engagements.
Experience in Marketing, messaging, and storytelling.
Demonstrated abilityto learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills, a passion for analytics technology, and creativity in defining how new technologies can help customers reduce costs, improve profitability, gain efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage.
Strong communication, data analysis, presentation, and leadership skills
Adaptable work-style - functioning well both as a member of the team and as a self-directed, independent worker.
Ability to work effectively in a start-up environment and excel at managing complex cross-organizations projects where success is predicated on influencing team members without having direct authority over them.

Azure Cloud & Artificial Intelligence (ACAI) Partner Strategy:
Coordinate with the Global Industry Solutions Partner Team (xPT) to land Azure Cloud & AI solutions with sales partners in areas programmatically leading to a reduced cost of sale.
Incubate new capability areas for growth that include System Integrator and/or ISV partner capability to increase revenue.
Manage key build-with global partnerships across multiple capabilities to reduce escalations and increase pipeline.
Manage global GPS relationships and stakeholders to increase alignment, reduce escalations and improve partner feedback.
Drive cultural change across the Leading-Edge Delivery team to leverage partners intentionally by promotion Industry Solutions + Partner value propositions, strategic capability solutions and ways to manage suppliers in engagements, measure through engagement feedback by partners through GPS.
Evaluate market trends, partner coverage models, data and analyst opinions to inform intentional partnering strategy in business plans.
Include growth with partners as a pillar of the Azure Cloud and AI growth strategy and assist portfolio management in setting growth targets for strategic partner capability solutions.
Customer & Field Listening Program:
Bring a culture of customer centricity to the team including engaging customers to provide direct feedback through new and established channels
Augment and actively championcustomer feedback listening systems to ensuresystemic adoptionby implementing and harvesting feedback channels}
Create a culture of feedback and feedback-driven impact by increasing listening channels, triage, and transparency for impact.
Develop and use the feedback process from Sales, Global Pursuit Organization, delivery, and appropriate response related to standard solutions/packages.
Ask for feedback as part of ALL meeting agendas and capture specific sales, landing, activation, delivery Intellectual Property feedback as mentioned in activities into a central repository.
Programmatically gather back status on feedback by delivering business analytics during monthly ROB connection including the impact and risks
Support a culture of feedback through trainings, analytics, and insight.
