This role develops brand strategy to win the hearts and minds of employees and external audiences to enhance our reputation; including specifically awareness and brand positioning of new business innovation throughout the Ministry involving business to business outreach. Key functions within this role include providing business sales expertise to be realized through strategic marketing, campaign development, and business consumer brand engagement; and developing enterprise-wide brand architecture to support our growing Ministry which aligns all brands that sit under the Bon Secours Mercy Health corporate entity.
Defines, creates, drives and manages the organization's Brand Strategy to support the growing Ministry. Includes external brand perceptions and engagement with external audiences, as well as internal brand strategy to increase engagement with employees in collaboration with the human resources department
Accurately captures the voice of the customer and evaluates omnichannel strategy for engaging consumers based on their needs and our ability to enhance revenue growth, primarily through the development of business to business strategies.
Creates, implements and drives business to business marketing strategies throughout the Ministry, including business consumer engagement activity, to build and sustain new business to business opportunities and enhance revenue and deliver upon the Ministry's value proposition.
Completes research within markets to discover opportunities for new business innovations to thrive; and develops and recommends strategic marketing plans to maximize their market potential
Accountable for key performance indicators that demonstrate return on investment for new business innovations
Understands and recommends market media usage, planning, and buying to be effective for assigned business innovations
Provides input to Marketing budget and is responsible for budget adherence
Acts as a client services relationship manager at the local and market level in relation to business to business transactions
Provides input to return on investment analysis, in collaboration with the Strategy department
Manages supervisory and professional staff members in the Marketing department
Minimum Years and Type of Experience
7+ years of related experience including 35 years in a management capacity
