This is a remote position that requires travel twice a month to our affiliated offices in Houston and Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: OSHA, HIPAA & state radiation training

• Procurement: Working with our preferred vendors, price analytics, lab analytics, equipment preventative maintenance training

• Training back-office staff on clinical procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead Dental Assistant experience is required

• Proven experience coaching/training clinical staff

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Must be based in the Houston area
